Norte is Grand Traverse region’s active transportation-centered, youth-focused, neighborhood-based 501c3 advocacy organization.

Our mission is to help build stronger, better connected and more walk/bike friendly communities by empowering the young and young at heart.

Norte is dedicated to happy, healthy, strong neighborhoods by developing the next generation of active for life leaders through our Safe Routes To School, pro walk/pro bike advocacy, youth leadership and youth mountain bike programs.
