ABOUT OUR PLAN
The Norte Strategic Plan is our affirmation of our priorities for the next two years. Everything that Norte does on a daily basis works towards one of our Focus Areas:
- Active for Life Kids
- Happy, Healthy, Strong Communities
- Grassroots Advocacy
- A Leveled-Up Team Orange
Each Focus Area has both goals and actions associated with it. Our goals: specific things we want to accomplish over the next two years, and our actions: specific steps we’re taking to meet our goals.
HAPPY, HEALTHY, AND STRONG FOR EVERYONE
One specific area we’re emphasizing in this year’s strategic plan? Accessibility and equity both in the programs we offer and the community campaigns we support. We affirm that living happy, healthy, and strong is for everyone.
