Kalkaska Strong Project Community Meeting
Thanks to the Northern Michigan Community Health Innovation Region, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Grand Traverse Regional Community Foundation and the Cherry Capital Cycling Club, we’ve launched an awesome pilot project in Kalkaska called Kalkaska Strong.
The goal is to partner with local champions to weave a culture of health into the fabric of Kalkaska. Like you, we are committed to a healthier, happier, stronger Kalkaska.
Join us on October 9th for a short but sweet community meeting to meet those involved and help develop next steps.
- WHEN Wednesday, October 9th at 6:30pm
- WHERE? Kalkaska Commission on Aging
- WILL THERE BE DONUTS AND CIDER? Yes. You betcha!
Change is local and it begins on your street. If you are passionate about happy, healthy, ready to learn kids. If you are ready for a stronger, better connected, more walk/bike-friendly Kalkaska, then your this meeting is for you. Your input and ideas are needed.
Norte believes that people of all ages and abilities have the right to safe access to where ever they need to go by foot or bike – schools, parks, neighborhoods, beaches, businesses, public transit, you name it.
CAN’T MAKE THE MEETING BUT WANT TO BE INVOLVED?
