Walk to School. Walk to Work. Walk to the store. Or walk the dog. It’s Walktastic Wednesday. The day we celebrate getting out and moving about. Walking regularly helps your cardiovascular fitness, strengthens your bones, improves energy and endurance, and helps prevent a host of medical conditions like heart disease and diabetes. Plus walking is a great way to get outside and meet your neighbors. So let’s get walking!
